Tana dell'Istrice is situated in the heart of the Apennines of Pistoia, in the Sestaione Valley , between Cutigliano and Abetone, 900 metres above sea level.

It is also in an excellent location to reach Tuscany 's wonderful cities of art: 70 km from FLORENCE , 101 km from PISA , 78 km from LUCCA , 37 km from PISTOIA and 55 km from PRATO .

The structure consists of 12 new apartments with separate entrances and spacious terraces and a green park of about 4000 square metres , equipped with a barbecue, tables and a fountain with spring water.

All of the apartments, surrounded by splendid ancient woods of chestnuts, firs and tall beech trees, have a magnificent and incomparable view over the whole of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennine ridge.
